Technology should be born out of the desire to solve real problems. The value of a technology lies in how effectively it addresses those problems and delivers benefits to its users. Sometimes, the challenges come not from the business processes but from the users themselves—people often resist change, especially when it requires them to learn something new.

Ironically, the benefits of technology are often difficult to explain—they must be experienced. That’s why good UI/UX design can be crucial and often becomes a turning point. It helps simplify complexity and improves user adoption.

This principle drives my approach to UI/UX design. Even for the most complex forms, I strive to make the process as seamless as possible—often completing it within a single page and a single step. In cases where inputs are particularly complex, I design custom forms tailored to niche attributes to maintain simplicity and usability.
