E-Seller was originally designed as a back-office application to manage e-commerce operations. However, during development, it evolved into a critical backbone for the entire retail business. It supports a wide range of business needs, including product master data management, short links, campaigns, promotions, customer databases, B2B pipelines, and numerous reports from various perspectives.

One of the key challenges in developing E-Seller was its heavy reliance on microservices and APIs from multiple endpoints to aggregate data. Almost no manual data entry is required, which made the technology transition smooth and well-received by users. The large volume of data required special handling to distribute the load effectively and ensure optimal usability and user experience.
