Project Details

The Student Attendance System is an application used to record student and teacher attendance in the classroom. It uses RFID technology to identify students. At the start of each class, students are required to tap their Student ID (student card) on the RFID reader.

The application was in service for five years before being replaced by an Android-based application that uses QR codes (more about this application is available below). Although it has been replaced, it is still used for specific purposes. Since the application is desktop-based, it provides an ideal solution for situations that require strict access restrictions.
