The Performance Management System is an application used to manage the organization's master plan. Users can define the main goal and break it down into unlimited sub-items. For each item, users can set targets, KPIs, timelines, assign a PCI (person in charge), or add any custom attributes.

It is designed with a highly flexible approach to easily adapt to any organizational planning scheme. Users can visualize the master plan using a tree-based UI for a more interactive experience. At each level of the tree, users can define the structure and specify how the application should behave.

The core idea of the application is to transform high-level strategic concepts from top leadership into practical, accountable tasks for the lowest levels of the organization.
