Ituaku.com is a software company whose primary service is providing websites for personal branding and small businesses. The business model is subscription-based, with both annual and monthly options. Ituaku focuses on a highly efficient website platform, which allows them to provide services at an extremely affordable price—starting from just 30k per month (less than $2).

The high-efficiency platform behind Ituaku is an engine called itu-engine. It was built using Node.js and implements Static Site Generation (SSG). The engine pre-generates the site whenever content is changed, allowing the server to serve only static content without any server-side processing. This approach is proven to be the best way to deliver a website: it is incredibly fast, secure, and efficient. As a result, Ituaku achieved a 100/100 score on the Google PageSpeed Insights test.

I have collaborated with Ituaku from the beginning, serving as an IT Consultant and Business Development lead. Ituaku is a sub-brand of MBS Inovasi, a tech company that provides enterprise-level software. They wanted a sub-brand that targets general consumers with affordable pricing.

I designed Ituaku as a market entry strategy, proposing a website service at an extremely affordable price. The decision to choose websites as the core product was based on the fact that websites are a type of software that everyone needs, from individuals to small businesses. Combined with an affordable price point, this serves as an effective strategy for entering the market.

After my product and business model proposal was approved, I helped Ituaku provide all the required technology. Teaming up with the marketing team, I developed a strategy to build brand awareness through the website and social media.
