Project Details

Image Service is a free online tool for manipulating images. The tool allows users to resize, scale, and convert any image to the WebP format for free. It was developed for customers of Ituaku.com to help them optimize their websites by using more efficient image formats and to easily resize images according to website requirements.

Even though the tool is mainly intended for Ituaku customers, it is open to anyone. This approach is part of Ituaku's strategy to build brand awareness. Our goal is to provide developers and content creators with the same high-performance tools we use at Ituaku.

The tool is built on a modern tech stack, divided into frontend and backend. The frontend uses React and Tailwind CSS, while the backend uses Java Spring Boot. Both are enclosed in Docker containers for server efficiency.
